Dirk Spindeldreher

wissenspark's CEO is familiar with all key positions of modern human resources management. Since starting his career in the hospitality industry two decades ago, Dirk has built up talent management structures for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Capella Hotel Group. As Area General Manager, he shaped international large-scale operations like the Gorky Gorod Mountain Resort in Sochi, Russia, and accompanied 16 hotel openings as recruitment manager and human resources director, e.g. The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park, Castlemartyr Resort,  Solis' Lough Eske Castle and Bvlgari Milano. As executive director, Dirk repositioned The Cambrian Adelboden, Switzerland, as a lifestyle brand. He is certified in conducting psychometric interviews since 1999, completed his training as a coach in 2010 and was responsible for the placement of hundreds of managers. Guided by his longtime experience and his intuitive knowledge of human nature, Dirk provides a quick and substantial evaluation of the match between client and candidate. // Dirk on LinkedIn

Elmar Greif

For more than four decades Elmar has run the business of renowned international luxury hotels at highest executive level. Bürgenstock Hotels, Parkhotel Frankfurt (now Le Méridien), Kempinski Hotel Frankfurt Gravenbruch, Grand Hotel Europe St. Petersburg, Schlosshotel Velden – just to name a few stations in the successful career of the Austrian hospitality veteran. Elmar learned the business of hotel management from scratch and got his Master of Business Administration from the business school of Reims. He became "Hotelier of the year" in 1991 and received the honor "Silbernes Ehrenkreuz der Republik Österreich" in 2002. His experience and wide-reaching network are essential for our work here at wissenspark.
